Curated taxonomy

Taxonomy was curated against the reference phylogeny using tax2tree.

 - decorated.nwk: Tree with internal nodes decorated with unique taxonomic
   labels.
 - lineages.txt: Curated Greengenes-style lineage strings.
 - ranks.tsv: Curated taxonomic assignments by rank.
 - noidx/: Taxon names without numeric suffixes.
 - taxid/: NCBI taxonomic ID instead of taxon names.
