vioscreen_dump.tsv.gz
Compressed raw Vioscreen data file (i.e. file with the merging of all variables for all survey ids). This file will be partitioned in smaller files more easily usable.

sid_bc.tsv
File independent from Vioscreen (from American Gut Project): raw dump of the ag.source_barcodes_surveys table. It contains all available survey_id and barcodes for all types of samples.
